- Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil over high heat.
- Add the lobster ravioli and cook until they float, then continue cooking for 2 to 3 more minutes.
- While the ravioli cooks, mince the garlic.
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt the butter until foaming, then add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
- Pour in the white wine and simmer for 1 minute to reduce slightly.
- Stir in the lobster meat and heavy cream, reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add the lemon juice, season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Drain the ravioli, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water. Add the ravioli to the sauce and toss gently, adding pasta water as needed to adjust consistency.
- Divide the pasta into bowls, garnish with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese, and serve immediately.
