Ingredients

Main
  • 8 cups fresh snow
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup milk or alternative milk
  • Optional: chocolate syrup or fruit for topping

Equipment

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Measuring cups
  • Spoon or spatula
  • Freezer-safe container (optional)

Method

  1. Start by collecting all your ingredients and tools.
  2. Head outside and gather fresh, clean snow to aim for about 8 cups.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and milk. Stir well until blended.
  4. Gradually fold the snow into the mixture using a gentle hand.
  5. If the mixture seems too thick, add a little more milk to adjust the consistency.
  6. Give your Snow Cream a taste and adjust flavor with more vanilla or sweetened condensed milk if desired.
  7. Serve the Snow Cream immediately for the best texture.
  8. Top with chocolate syrup, fruit, or your favorite toppings before enjoying.

Notes

For an extra treat, try adding cocoa powder to the wet ingredients for a chocolatey twist!
