  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Equipment

  4. Place the seared pork tenderloin in the slow cooker.
  5. Pour chicken broth and soy sauce around the pork in the slow cooker.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  7. Remove the pork from the slow cooker and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
  8. Slice the pork into medallions and serve with the cooking juices drizzled over the top.
