  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger minced
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables

Equipment

  • Colander
  • Large saucepan
  • Stirring spoon
  • Cutting board

Method

  1. Open the package of Shirataki noodles and drain them in a colander. Rinse to eliminate any strong odor.
  2. Chop your mixed vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large saucepan, heat a tablespoon of sesame oil over medium heat.
  4. Add the minced garlic and ginger to the pan, cooking for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Introduce the mixed vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
  6. Add the rinsed Shirataki noodles to the pan, using a fork or tongs to toss them with the vegetables.
  7. Pour in the soy sauce, stirring well to coat the noodles and vegetables.
  8. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through. Serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, let the noodles sit in the sauce for a few minutes before serving.
