Ingredients

Main
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup additional chocolate chips for drizzling

Equipment

  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • Silicone muffin cups or paper liners
  • Mixing spoon
  • Refrigerator

Method

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the semi-sweet chocolate chips in 30-second increments until fully melted. Stir between intervals to prevent burning.
  2. Line your muffin pan with silicone cups or paper liners to make removal easy.
  3. Pour a spoonful of melted chocolate into each muffin cup, ensuring the bottom is evenly coated.
  4. Place the muffin pan in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened.
  5. In a bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, and graham cracker crumbs. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  6. Once the chocolate base is firm, add a generous spoonful of the peanut butter mixture into each cup.
  7. Top each filled cup with the remaining melted chocolate, covering the peanut butter completely.
  8. Return the muffin pan to the refrigerator for another 10-15 minutes until the chocolate is fully set.
