  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Pinch of black pepper

Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients and measure them before starting.
  2. Pour 3/4 cup mayonnaise into a small mixing bowl.
  3. Add 3 tablespoons ketchup to the mayonnaise and stir until fully combined.
  4. Stir in 2 tablespoons sriracha until evenly mixed.
  5. Mix in 1 tablespoon smoked paprika until the color is uniform.
  6. Pour in 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke, then stir to combine.
  7. Add 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, and 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, stirring well.
  8. Season with a pinch of sea salt and a pinch of black pepper, then whisk until smooth.
  9. Taste the sauce and adjust heat or smokiness as desired by adding more sriracha, cayenne pepper, or liquid smoke.
  10. Cover and refrigerate the sauce for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 to 4 weeks. Freeze portions in ice cube trays for up to 3 months.
