- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a small bowl, whisk together garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, dried parsley, paprika, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper until evenly combined.
- Place pretzel pieces in a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle melted butter over the pretzels and toss with a wooden spoon or silicone spatula until each piece is evenly coated.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the buttered pretzels and toss again until all pieces are fully coated.
- Spread the seasoned pretzels in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet to avoid overcrowding.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring halfway through baking for even toasting.
- Remove the pretzels from the oven and let them cool completely on the baking sheet before transferring to an airtight container.
