Ingredients

Main
  • 1 pound ground beef 80/20 for juiciness
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for grilling
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Optional: lettuce tomato, cheese, pickles, and additional ranch dressing for topping

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Grill or stovetop skillet
  • Spatula
  • Meat thermometer (optional)
  • Burger press (optional)

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ranch seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into patties, making a small indent in the center of each.
  3. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  4. Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, targeting an internal temperature of 160°F.
  5. If adding cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking.
  6. Lightly toast the hamburger buns on the grill while the burgers are cooking.
  7. Once cooked, place each patty on a bun and add your desired toppings.
  8. Serve the burgers hot and enjoy.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the patties in ranch seasoning for an hour before cooking.
