- Prepare the ingredients by cutting fresh pineapple into chunks and peeling the banana.
- Add the pineapple chunks, banana, and optional spinach or kale to the blender.
- Pour in the coconut milk or your preferred milk into the blender.
- Add honey or maple syrup if desired for extra sweetness.
- Add the ice to the blender to chill the smoothie.
- Blend on high speed for 30 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or thickness by adding more sweetener or milk as needed.
- Divide the smoothie into two glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra creaminess, freeze the pineapple chunks and banana before blending. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours.
