  • 1 cup bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots julienned
  • 1 cup snap peas

  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Equipment

  • Large pot for boiling noodles

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add the Lo Mein noodles to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions, usually about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Drain the noodles and rinse them under cold water to stop the cooking process.
  4. In a large wok or skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
