Method
- In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Sprinkle the entire packet of Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix over the dairy mixture and stir vigorously for about 2 minutes until no dry seasoning remains.
- Taste and, if desired, adjust with additional seasonings such as garlic powder, fresh dill, or green onions.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, smooth the top, and press plastic wrap directly onto the surface.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or up to overnight) to allow the flavors to meld and the dried vegetables to rehydrate.
- Stir the dip once more before serving and present it chilled with fresh vegetables, chips, crackers, or bread.
Notes
For best results, use full-fat dairy products and chill the dip overnight. Discard any dip left at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
