  • 1 packet 1.4 ounces Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix
  • 16 ounces full-fat sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Method
 

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. Sprinkle the entire packet of Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix over the dairy mixture and stir vigorously for about 2 minutes until no dry seasoning remains.
  3. Taste and, if desired, adjust with additional seasonings such as garlic powder, fresh dill, or green onions.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, smooth the top, and press plastic wrap directly onto the surface.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or up to overnight) to allow the flavors to meld and the dried vegetables to rehydrate.
  6. Stir the dip once more before serving and present it chilled with fresh vegetables, chips, crackers, or bread.

Notes

For best results, use full-fat dairy products and chill the dip overnight. Discard any dip left at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
