  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • Sesame seeds for garnish optional

Equipment

  • Whisk or fork
  • Knife

  • Serving platter

Method

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  2. Add the glass noodles to the boiling water and cook for about 4-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Once cooked, drain the noodles and rinse them under cold water to stop the cooking process.
