Method
- Place the frozen lobster tails in the refrigerator and thaw overnight for even cooking and best texture.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) to create the ideal cooking environment.
- Using a sharp knife, cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise to expose the meat and allow flavors to penetrate.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and lemon juice to create a flavorful glaze.
- Generously brush the butter mixture over the exposed lobster meat using a cooking brush for maximum flavor.
- Place the prepared lobster tails on the grill or in the oven and cook for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and reaches an internal temperature of 140°F (60°C).
- Brush additional butter mixture over the lobster tails once or twice during cooking to keep them moist and flavorful.
- Remove the lobster tails from heat, garnish with chopped fresh parsley, and serve immediately for the best taste.
Notes
Use a meat thermometer to ensure the lobster reaches 140°F (60°C) without overcooking, and let the tails rest a couple of minutes before serving.
