  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee chilled
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons caramel syrup
  • 1 tablespoon caramel sauce
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • 2 tablespoons caramel ribbon crunch crushed toffee bits or candy
  • Drizzle of caramel sauce for finishing

Equipment

  • Large glass or plastic cup

Method
 

  1. Brew strong coffee and let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Add chilled coffee, whole milk, and heavy cream to a high-powered blender.
  3. Pour in caramel syrup and granulated sugar; blend liquids on high for 15 seconds until smooth.
  4. Add ice cubes and pulse, then blend on high for 20 to 30 seconds until the mixture reaches a smooth, slushy consistency.
  5. Drizzle caramel sauce inside a large glass in a spiral pattern.
  6. Pour the blended frappuccino into the prepared glass, filling three-quarters full.
  7. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle caramel ribbon crunch over the top.
  8. Finish with a light drizzle of caramel sauce and serve immediately.

Notes

Make the coffee ahead and refrigerate; assemble with fresh ice and toppings just before serving.
