  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

Equipment

Method

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar.
  2. Stir in the ground cinnamon and ground cloves.
  3. Place the saucepan over medium heat and heat until the mixture dissolves and blends, about 5 minutes.
  4. Once bubbling, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  5. After simmering, remove from heat and let the glaze cool slightly.
  6. Using a brush, generously apply the glaze to your cooked ham.
  7. Return the glazed ham to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.

Notes

For the best flavor, apply a second layer of glaze halfway through baking.
